Real Salt Lake chief business officer Andy Carroll will take a leave of absence, according to reports from Soapbox writer Lucas Muller, who broke a story last night about incidents of sexism and belittling behavior on this very site.
The reports were confirmed on SiriusXM by Brian Dunseth.
The announcement was reportedly given to organization staff earlier today, according to multiple sources. We are awaiting a public release from RSL Communications.
Another employee has confirmed this was announced at a staff meeting around noon today. There should be an announcement from the club later this afternoon.
