RENO, Nev. (Saturday, September 28, 2019) – Real Monarchs SLC (13-10-7, 46 points) mounted a 2-1 comeback victory over Reno 1868 FC on Saturday at Greater Nevada Field.
DF Noah Powder found the equalizer with his second goal of the season while RSL man DF Erik Holt became the 20th player to score in a Monarchs jersey in 2019 with his late heroics.
The first half saw 1868 FC take control early, finding the back of the net twice within the first 20 minutes, but both goals were disallowed due to a foul and offsides.
