HERRIMAN, Utah (Monday, January 6, 2020) – Real Monarchs, alongside the United Soccer League, announced today its 2020 home opener against Four-Corners rival Phoenix Rising FC on Saturday, March 14 at Zions Bank Stadium. The Monarchs welcome Rising FC a week after starting their title defense on March 7 against San Antonio FC. The kickoff time for the club’s match against Phoenix Rising FC is set for 3:00 p.m. MT.
The Monarchs enter their sixth campaign in the USL Championship ready to defend their 2019 title having posted the second-most wins (56) across regular season and playoffs since winning the 2017 regular-season title, highlighted by a league-best 23-4-6 regular-season home record at Zions Bank Stadium.
