A man who was allegedly burglarizing a Roy medical clinic was shot to death by police early Wednesday morning.
According to police, a “frightened caller” reported that someone had broken into the clinic, and the caller — who was cleaning the business — was “barricaded in a room.” About 1:50 a.m., an Ogden Police K9 officer was called to assist Roy Police at the clinic, near 3400 West and 5600 South.
The Ogden officer and his dog were searching for a suspect in the building when, according to police, “the suspect attacked the officers with a weapon at close range.
