American Fork police are searching for a 17-year-old girl with a diminished mental capacity who hasn’t been seen since Wednesday.
Police say Shanie Marie Fuell was last seen leaving American Fork High School on foot Wednesday afternoon. Due to an injury, the teen’s brain functions at the same level as an 8-year-old, and she is considered endangered.
She was last seen wearing black leggings, a black cardigan, a white shirt and black boots. Police say she normally wears a cross necklace, charm bracelet and triangle gauge earrings.
