One person was killed and another injured in a shooting Thursday night in Ogden, police said.
Police have arrested one suspect, a 19-year-old man from Pleasant View, said Ogden Police Lt. Michael Boone.
The shooting was reported at about 9:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Porter Ave., Boone said Friday in a news conference. Medics found 21-year-old Isaac Gonzales had been wounded by gunfire. He was taken to McKay-Dee Hospital, where he later died.
Another victim arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound, Boone said, but that person's injury was not life-threatening. Police learned that the second victim and Gonzales were wounded in the same shooting.
