Ogden Police have identified the badly decomposed body found in a storage unit on Thursday, but they’re still unsure about the circumstances of her the death.
Alice Ann Valdez, 41, was identified by her fingerprints, according to a news release from Ogden police. Her body was discovered by workers hired to clean out a storage unit at Stock-n-Lock Self Storage at 2868 Grant Ave.
Police said the investigation into her death is “still in its preliminary stages” and they have “very few leads.” They did not indicate how she died — an autopsy was performed on Friday — but they're calling the death “suspicious.
