An expected decline from last week, 9 sites published. After a steady rise the Philadelphia Union finally take the top spot in the rankings - the last time they reached 1st in the Power Ranking Averages was week 2 of 2018!
Note that these rankings DO NOT include the midweek games played on 9/16.
