Luis Silva, who we’ve expected to be signing at Real Salt Lake at some point this offseason, is in Casa Grande.
At least, somebody who looks exactly like him who’s also named Luis is — we can know that one for a fact.
See that? That’s Joao Plata’s Instagram account. He’s in Arizona. And that man on the table? That’s Luis Silva.
Maybe it’s not done, and maybe there’s still something to complete with the deal, but it would certainly appear that Tigres released Silva to Real Salt Lake for preseason training.
