My goodness, Gregory Clark (“Ridiculous, repugnant ideas don't deserve respect,” Tribune, Oct. 10). The arrogance displayed in your op-ed is truly breathtaking! It must be good to be you, right?
I was immediately reminded of a verse from the New Testament, I Corinthians 2:14 (KJV):
"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."
A little of the above could also be said to whoever wrote the short introduction of Mr. Clark that appears at the bottom of the op-ed.
