No. Just, no. I refuse to live in a world where Kevlar is considered a normal school supply. I refuse to be patronized by nonsense like “guns don’t kill people, people kill people.” (If easy access to assault rifles isn’t a problem, why not make hand grenades and bombs readily available too?)
The problem of gun violence is on us, and we hold the power to fix it. Vote out every politician who has failed to sponsor or vote for meaningful gun reform. Vote in representatives who value human life over gun lobby donations.
