I am wondering how the general public is supposed to find out about microtransit. The article in the Nov. 29 Salt Lake Tribune was the first I have heard of it.
Does UTA have any plans to advertise this service, or are we supposed to hear about it from our friends and neighbors? If it’s going to be successful, as many people as possible need to know about it.
From the description in the article, it sounds to me like microtransit could replace the huge, empty buses roaming the streets of Salt Lake County most of the day.
