What seems to be the problem, Rep. Greg Hughes? You voted for SB234, taking the inland port away from Salt Lake City and creating a state agency to “manage” it.
Now it comes out that you are unable to be on the board after you appointed yourself. Are you a bad legislator/speaker of the House by not reading what you voted for? Are you a bad property owner by not knowing where your properties are? Are you a deceitful individual by appointing yourself to a board that you knew that you couldn’t be on?
