Former RSL striker Robbie Findley retires

The list of players from Real Salt Lake’s renaissance 2008 and 2009 seasons who have retired just keeps growing, with Robbie Findley the latest to join the list.

Findley, retiring at 32, played in two stints for Real Salt Lake, with the first from 2007 to 2010, and the second in 2013 and 2013. During his time at the club, he played in two MLS Cup finals, scored 42 goals, and was a big part of RSL’s most successful teams.

Recently I was asked where I was now playing. Although I’ve already made the decision to retire from professional soccer I have yet to share it with everyone.
