Purdue offensive line commit Mahamane Moussa was named to the Indiana Football Coaches Association Top 50 All-State team.
Moussa, out of Indianapolis Pike High School, helped clear the way for a balanced Red Devil offense that averaged 221 passing yards and 136 yards per game. Pike battled through a frustrating season that saw them go 3-7 overall and 1-6 in conference. Their record is somewhat deceptive with 2 losses in overtime and another loss by 2 points. They were knocked out of the playoffs in a 38-22 loss to Carmel, one of the teams they lost to in overtime during the season.
