In a down year for Jeff Brohm’s Purdue squad, there were a few bright spots that have been recognized as All-Big Ten performers this season. David Bell was named to the All-Big Ten 1st team by the media and 2nd team by the coaches. In addition to Bell, Zander Horvath was named to All-Big Ten 3rd team by both the media and coaches.
The fact that David Bell was named 2nd team All-Big Ten by the coaches is a bit frustrating as in only 6 games he racked up 625 yards on 53 catches and scored 8 touchdowns.
