This year Iowa and Illinois are significantly better, but the pair of conference wins, especially Big Ten West wins, has Purdue thinking a little more than a mere bowl game (if there end up being bowl games).
Now Purdue has a chance to move to 3-0 for the first time since starting 5-0 in 2007, might even crack the top 25 for the first time since 2007 with another win, and we can move to 3-0 in conference play for the first time since 2003.
