Burks is a quality pickup in the 2021 recruiting class as a 3-star, but the depth the Boilers have at receiver means he is probably a year away from contributing. His senior year stats were not on MaxPreps, but as a junior he had a great year with 35 catches for 819 yards and 12 touchdowns.
