That would be Fatts Russell, and the Ryan Center was his house yet again on Friday night. The sellout crowd of 8,052 fans on hand and rival Providence College were merely his guests, and he showed all of them the door in varying moods late Friday night.
The Rams were euphoric. The Friars made a hasty retreat back to the state’s capital city. The latest chapter in this blood feud went to URI, with Russell sparking his club to a 75-61 victory.
