PROVIDENCE – After dipping his toe into the NBA Draft process, Alpha Diallo has decided to put off his pro dreams for one more year.
Diallo spent the last six weeks weighing his professional stock and after minimal interest will return to Providence College for his senior year. The all-Big East pick will lead a Friar team that will be picked in the middle of what should be a deep and talented conference race.
“Spending time working out for NBA teams over the last six weeks has allowed me to grow as a person and basketball player,” Diallo wrote on Instagram.
