Wilfried Bony out to repay Swansea City

The Cote d’Ivoire striker claims he is indebted to the Swans after they provided him with the right environment to flourish when he moved to England

Wilfried Bony is set to repay Swansea City on his return to the South Wales outfit.

Bony moved to his former club in a £10 million deal after his lucrative move to Manchester City did not turn out well.

The 28-year-old transferred to England in the summer of 2013 after his exploits in the Netherlands with Vitesse - where he scored 31 Eredivisie goals in the 2012-13 season - saw the Swans sanction a £12 million record transfer fee for his services.
