West Ham are eyeing a £35million deal to sign Celic striker Odsonne Edouard.
The Hammers are in the market for a striker this month after offloading Sebastien Haller for £20m to Ajax.
David Moyes has rejuvenated West Ham, guiding the club to seventh-place in the Premier League but feels he needs a focal point up front.
According to the Daily Star, Edouard has been identified as a suitable replacement for Haller with West Ham keen to strike a deal before this month's transfer window shuts.
West Ham have not been put off by Haller's failure to settle at the club after selling him for £30m less than what they paid to sign him in 2019 and are ready to splash the cash again on a new striker.
