West ham have enquired about defender Cedric Kipre as interest mounts in a number of Wigan players following their fall into administration.
Watford are also monitoring centre-back Kipre along with clubs in Germany.
The 23 year-old has been a regular for Paul Cook's side and put himself back in contention for a return to the Premier League following his eye-catching displays for Wigan.
