At Bournemouth last week, West Brom fans had turned their ire on their under-pressure manager, as chants of 'Tony Pulis, your football is s***' provided the stinging soundtrack to a another disappointing defeat.
A week, however, is a very long time in football. By the end of this surreal encounter, Pulis was treated to rousing ovation on the final whistle and the home fans even began providing the 'Ole's' as their side dismantled West Ham.
For Pulis, it may prove to be a monumental victory but for visiting manager Slaven Bilic, it became a second 4-2 defeat in seven days after the loss against Watford last weekend.
