U.S. women’s national team games sure are becoming fun for the neutrals.
That may not be exactly what head coach Jill Ellis is hoping for, but she did at least see her team grab a thrilling 5-3 win over Australia at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on Thursday night.
The game neatly showcased what a difficult time opponents will have stopping the U.S. attack at the World Cup this summer, as well as the troubles Ellis’ side has had defensively in recent matches.
