Mikel Arteta has blamed Arsenal's miserable run of form on wasteful finishing.

Arteta reeled off a list of statistics as proof that the failure to convert chances into goal was behind a sequence of no wins in seven Premier League games.

He said the dressing room was as united as it could be and called for 'fighters' not 'victims' ahead of his team's Carabao Cup quarter-final tie against Manchester City on Tuesday.
