Ajax have surprised one and all with their dream run in the UEFA Champions League as the tournament enters its quarter-finals.
The Dutch outfit qualified through a group that contained Bayern Munich, Benfica and AEK Athens before taking on the defending champions Real Madrid in the Round of 16. Despite a 2-1 defeat draw in the first leg at home, Erik Ten Haag's men scripted a fairytale performance in Madrid to win 4-1 and go through to the quarter-finals.
Ajax have had a measly defence in the competition so far, conceding just eight goals in eight matches.
