Ian Wright and son Shaun Wright-Phillips became the first father and son duo to appear as pundits on the same Match of the Day show on Saturday, with several jokes between the two shared throughout the programme.
Wright, 59, a regular on the Saturday night show alongside Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer, was joined by his son Wright-Phillips, 41,
Wright-Phillips was making his debut on the show, having recently appeared as a pundit on the likes of BT Sport and BBC Radio Five Live.
Match of the Day had confirmed the line-up earlier in the week, and those on the show wasted little time referencing the relationship between the two former Premier League players.
