Premier League star Dele Alli has put his modern four-bedroom investment country pad on the market - which is set to make him just £100,000 in five years.
The Tottenham ace bought the new build in July 2016 for £2.15million.
But its just gone on the market for £2.25million and it was thought to be the first investment of his property firm.
If it sells for the asking price he will make just five per cent more than he paid for it.
