Tottenham chief Donna-Maria Cullen convinced new White Hart Lane stadium will produce a better atmosphere than the Emirates

Tottenham executive director Donna-Maria Cullen insists the club will not make the same mistakes as rivals Arsenal when it comes to developing their own new stadium.

Work has continued to progress on Tottenham's new £400million ground which is being built on the same site as the club's current home, White Hart Lane.

Spurs hope to have the new 61,000 capacity stadium ready in time for the start of the 2018-19 season and Cullen believes the move will help to produce a better atmosphere at games.
