Tottenham announce Danny Rose and Paulo Gazzaniga will leave when their contracts expire at the end of June after both failed to make a single appearance for the club this season

Tottenham have announced that Danny Rose and Paulo Gazzaniga will leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of June.

Defender Rose fell way down the pecking order after Jose Mourinho's arrival in 2019 and spent the second half of the 2019-20 season on loan at Newcastle.

He has not played a single game for Spurs this season after Mourinho signed left back Sergio Reguilon from Real Madrid and left Rose out of both his Premier League and Europa league squads.

Paulo Gazzaniga will also leave on a free after not making a single appearance this season

Gazzaniga, meanwhile, also failed to make a single appearance for Spurs this season after Joe Hart was brought in as back-up for Hugo Lloris last summer.
