Tottenham have agreed a fee for Chelsea's highly-regarded youngster Jude Soonsup-Bell in a bid to strengthen their academy side.
Soonsup-Bell came through the ranks at Cobham after arriving from Swindon town in 2015, but with just six months on his contract is set to make the switch to north London, according to the Evening Standard.
Chelsea have dominated the transfer market, bringing in 15 new faces in the 2022-23 campaign alone, and are still pursuing a deal for Benfica's Enzo Fernandez, which has given rise to concerns numerous young talents could be forced to leave.
