Thomas Frank admits he had to try hard to conceal his anger after his Brentford side conceded five goals for the first time in the Premier League.

They were guilty of gifting at least three of them to Newcastle - Frank thought it was four - and the boss said: 'I use a lot of strength to try to stay calm because if not, I will explode.

'It's very, very very, very - that was four verys - hard to win a football game if you make one, two, three, four mistakes.

'Last year, I never thought that we would lose five games on the bounce - it happened last year.
