THE NOTEBOOK: Thousands remain for sit-in Glazer protest, Man United's phone app struggles with their slowest Premier League start and Rashford's return to the left boosts the Red Devils

Manchester United produced a stirring fightback to earn a 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils were stunned in the early stages when Taiwo Awoniyi and Willy Boly gave Forest a 2-0 lead inside the opening four minutes.

Christian Eriksen pulled one back in the first half, before Casemiro brought Erik ten Hag's side level after half-time.

Forest were reduced to 10-men when captain Joe Worrall was sent off for bringing down Bruno Fernandes, with the Portuguese star then scoring the winner from the penalty spot after Marcus Rashford was adjudged to have been fouled.
