The great Elland Road stakes! West Brom's Carlos Corberan and Rayo Vallecano boss Andoni Iraola are frontrunners for the Leeds hotseat - while Ralph Hasenhuttl and Ange Postecoglou are outsiders for the job (...and Marcelo Bielsa is still in the hunt)

The race to be the next Leeds United manager is hotting up, with Rayo Vallecano boss Andoni Iraola and West Brom’s Carlos Corberan the frontrunners as the club look to have a new boss in place for Sunday visit of Manchester United.

Club sources have indicated the Whites have narrowed their search down to a shortlist of four and started interviewing on Monday night. However, their top two candidates are currently in jobs, which could delay their quest to have a new man in place by the weekend.

Ralph Hasenhuttl, who was sacked as Southampton boss back in November, is also being tipped by Paddy Power for the job and is still looking for work since leaving St Mary's.
