Antonio Conte has hailed Tammy Abraham as the 'future' of Chelsea.
The 19-year-old has hit 11 goals in 17 games so far on a season-long loan at Championship side Bristol City.
He also struck two on his full debut for England Under 21s, handed to him by interim manager Aidy Boothroyd, when they played Bosnia & Herzegovina earlier in October and is one of the most in-form teenage strikers on the planet right now.

'Abraham is another young player who is the future for Chelsea, for sure,' Conte said, ahead of facing West Ham in the EFL Cup.
