Sheffield United 3-0 Chelsea: David McGoldrick scores brace as Blades go sixth and boost chances of reaching Europe while Chelsea's top four hopes suffer setback

David McGoldrick scored a brace as Sheffield United secured a hugely impressive 3-0 win against Chelsea to boost their chances of European football.

McGoldrick put United ahead before their lead was doubled courtesy of a header from Oli McBurnie. McGoldrick added another in the second half as United made sure of victory.

United are up to sixth in the Premier League, while Chelsea remain third in the table.
