Ruben Amorim still doesn’t know what he is going to get from his Manchester United team despite being in charge at Old Trafford for 11 months.
Amazingly, United haven’t won back-to-back games in the Premier League since May 2024 as Amorim tries to build on last weekend’s home victory over Chelsea at Brentford on Saturday.
The United boss admitted on tour in the US this summer that he would dread going to some games last season because he wasn’t sure his team would be competitive, and he conceded on Friday that their erratic form means that he still isn’t sure what to expect from him players.
