Roy Keane and Jamie Redknapp insist Cristiano Ronaldo DOES still have a future under new manager Erik ten Hag at Man United... and claim the 37-year-old would have scored FIFTY this season if he played for Chelsea

Roy Keane and Jamie Redknapp have insisted Cristiano Ronaldo can play a big part under new Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

Ajax boss ten Hag was announced last week as the successor to interim Ralf Rangnick at Old Trafford.

Star forward Ronaldo is in the twilight of his career but has still scored 23 goals in 36 appearances in all competitions this season after his summer move from Juventus.

Some have criticised the 37-year-old's distinct lack of pressing ability - pressing being a key principle for ten Hag - and claimed Ronaldo achieves good individual goal totals but at the detriment of the team's overall cohesion.
