Tottenham’s recruitment supremo Fabio Paratici is planning to focus much of his transfer strategy on young upcoming talent and those on dwindling contracts.

And among the targets are Monaco midfielder Mamadou Coulibaly, who will be 18 in April and is out of contract at the end of the season.

Paratici has declared a strong interest in Coulibaly, one of the most highly-rated players of his age-group in France and an Under-18 international.
