Brennan Johnson has signed an initial five-year deal with Tottenham with the option of a further 12 months, Mail Sport can reveal.
Tottenham confirmed the arrival of Johnson from Nottingham Forest late on Friday night after agreeing to pay £47.5million for the forward.
Spurs announced that Johnson has signed a deal that runs until 2029.
But it is understood Johnson’s initial contract runs until 2028 but includes an option to extend the deal by another year.
The Wales international was always the club’s No 1 forward target this summer and his arrival comes as a major boost to Ange Postecoglou.
