Ralf Rangnick warns it will be at least another month until Paul Pogba is match fit to return from his thigh injury as Man United interim boss reveals they spoke on the phone with French midfielder set to fly back from Dubai

Ralf Rangnick has warned that Paul Pogba could be sidelined for at least another month as he rebuilds his match fitness following a thigh injury.

The French midfielder has been rehabilitating in Dubai but spoke to Rangnick on the phone on Tuesday and is due to return to Manchester imminently.

But the Manchester United interim manager warned that Pogba cannot be rushed back into team until he has not only regained full match fitness but got up to speed with his way of playing.

Pogba suffered the injury in a training session with France last month and will be sidelined for at least another month before he regains full match fitness

Speaking ahead of United's trip to Norwich City on Saturday night, Rangnick said: 'We spoke over the phone on Tuesday and he was still in Dubai.
