The Premier League will not remove Black Lives Matter badges from players' shirts despite a backlash against the UK arm of the organisation, according to reports.
The top flight have thrown their weight behind the anti-racism movement since the restart, with players taking a knee before every match, replacing their names with 'Black Lives Matter' on their shirts and wearing a logo on their sleeves.
The last 48 hours has seen a number of high-profile figures distance themselves from the political activism of the UK branch of the organisation though, but it is understood the Premier League will continue supporting the cause.
