Manchester City have started their celebrations after beinng confirmed as Premier League champions on Saturday aftenoon, with Phil Foden leading the way.

Pep Guardiola's side came into this weekend needing just one win from three games to wrap up a third-straight title, hosting Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

They won the title before even kicking a ball, however, as Arsenal slumped to a 1-0 defeat away at Nottingham Forest, who in turn cemented their place in the Premier League for another season.

Crucial to Guardiola's title charge were the goals of Erling Haaland, who will finish the season as the highest ever scorer in the top-flight's history in a remarkable debut campaign.
