Stan who? Pep Guardiola provided a hilarious reaction when asked about criticism levied at him by pundit Stan Collymore... by appearing not to know who the former Liverpool player even is.
During his midweek press conference Guardiola was asked about Collymore's recent comments in which he branded the former Barcelona man 'completely deluded' for thinking he can succeed in England by outplaying teams alone, and not 'teaching tackling'.
But Guardiola was nonplussed, to the point where his bemused expression suggested the name of Collymore was completely new to him.
Writing in his column for the Daily Mirror this week Collymore quite frankly stated: 'He (Guardiola) is beyond deluded and if he thinks he doesn't need to teach tackling or one-on-on combat in training then he'll be going back to Spain with his tail between his legs.
