Manchester United are willing to pay £70million to secure the signing of Jack Grealish with the Aston Villa captain a man in demand this summer.
Grealish has enjoyed the best season of his career on his Premier League return with boyhood club Villa, scoring nine goals and providing eight assists in 31 games this campaign.
That sort of form has alerted a host of clubs, including United, who are keen to land the 24-year-old come the end of the season.
And according to The Mirror, the Old Trafford club are prepared to pay up to £70million to get their man.
