Manchester United youngster Anthony Elanga was hit in the head by an object thrown from the stands during the Red Devils Premier League clash with Leeds.
The supporters based in the south stand launched a metal coin at Elanga's head after Fred scored to restore Manchester United's 3-2 lead in the 70th minute.
Elanga dropped to the ground in agony and received medical attention on the pitch. However, he was not substituted as a result of the incident.
