Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero says he wants to make manager Pep Guardiola 'happy'

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has claimed to be motivated by a desire to please manager Pep Guardiola.

The Argentina forward scored twice as City came from a goal down to beat Huddersfield Town 5-1 to reach the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Aguero's future at the Etihad was thrown into doubt - albeit temporarily - following Gabriel Jesus' flying start to his City career. The Brazilian scored 3 goals in his first 5 appearances for Guardiola's side, a run of form which saw Aguero consigned to the bench for his side's last three league matches.
