Liverpool have been handed a major injury worry after Andy Robertson was forced off during Scotland's match against Spain with a suspected shoulder injury.

Robertson suffered the injury during the first half of the Euro 2024 qualifier at Hampden Park.

The Scotland captain sustained the injury in a collision with Spain goalkeeper Unai Simon.

Robertson was treated be Scotland's medical staff, but was forced to leave the pitch on the stroke of half-time with a suspected dislocated shoulder.

The 29-year-old full-back left the field with his arm in a makeshift sling, with Everton's Nathan Patterson brought on as a substitute.
