Leicester WILL listen to offers for defender Wesley Fofana - but Brendan Rodgers insists Chelsea's first two bids have been 'nowhere near' their £80m valuation of the Frenchman

Brendan Rodgers has admitted that Leicester would consider bids for Wesley Fofana but warned Chelsea neither of their offers had come close to his true worth.

The Blues’ second offer for Fofana is thought to have been close to the £65million mark but Leicester are thought to value the 21-year-old in excess of £80m, which is the current world record fee for a defender.

Asked whether there had been a third bid for Fofana, Rodgers said: ‘Not that I am aware of. There were two (bids) but again nowhere near what the club would even think about.
